He is survived by: his wife Shirley Hollingsworth; his children, Leigh Smith, Harley Joe Hollingsworth Jr. (Kim), Kellie Putman (Chris), Daniel Hollingsworth (Laura) and Anthony Hollingsworth (Melanie); his grandchildren, Chad Hollingsworth (Courtney), Bailey Putman, Brandon Smith, Hayden Hollingsworth, Ella, Leah, Wyatt, Titus Hollingsworth, Abigail, Zoey, Evie and Ethan Hollingsworth; his sister Shelby Warren; and his son Terry (Jane Hollingsworth). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other extended family.
