He is survived by: his wife Gloria Murphy; his sisters, Mickey Chambers and Caroline Leonard; his children, Miriam Boone (Jeff) and David Murphy (Sandra); his grandchildren, Melissa Allen (Mike), Shannon Boutwell, Joshua Boutwell, Daniel Murphy (Natalie), Christopher Murphy (Lacy) and Sarah Murphy; and his great grandchildren, Alex Boutwell, Serenity Covington, Annie Nata, Lucas Murphy, Hannah Murphy and Case Murphy.
