He was predeceased by: his parents, Laddie Flannigan and Liza Sockwell Flannigan. He is survived by: his wife Susan Brown Flannigan; his daughter Amanda Wells (Randy); his sisters, Shelia McCaig and Iva Jean Counce (David); and his grandchildren, Mackenzie, Savannah and Landon Wells.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, May 16th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Vandiver Hollow Baptist Church Cemetery (600 Vandiver Hollow Rd, Tuscumbia, AL 35674).
