She was predeceased by: her parents, William Davis and Dorthy "Dot" Davis. She is survived by: her husband Jeff Pennington; her brother Cass Davis; her children, Ashley Godsey (Adam) and Chase Pennington; her grandchildren, Aubreigh, Adleigh, Ryder, Emberly and Wilder; her nephew Will Tharp; and her friends, Trish and Benne Tharp.
