It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Phillip Keith Palmer of Russellville, Alabama, born in Memphis, Tennessee, who passed away on February 29, 2024, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his daughter Christina Bohannon; his granddaughter Katlynn Palmer; his parents, James "Buddy" Palmer and Birda Mae Gann (Griffus); his stepfather Eules Gann; and his siblings, Shirley Patterson, Betty Anne Barnett, Charles Gann and Johnny Gann.

He is survived by : his wife Kathy James Palmer; his sons, Kevin Palmer (Crissy) and Brent Palmer (Ashley); his grandchildren, Brianna Perry (Jonathan), Ben Palmer, Briley Palmer and Kendale Palmer; his siblings, Micheal Palmer, Lee Gann (Brenda), Gail Reese (Stevie), Terry Gann (Gail), Sandra Palmer (Karl) and Nancy Elrod (DJ); and his pets, Peanut and Daisy. He is also survived by nieces & nephews.
