She was predeceased by: her parents, John W. "Bill" and Mary Frances Slade Mixson; and her brother Johnny Slade Mixson. She is survived by: her siblings, Harold Mixson and Martha Holley (Nick); her nephews, Johnny Holley (Angel) and Wade Holley (Hillary); her great-nieces, Payton Smith (Kevin) and Jo Leah Holley; and also Ivy Lynn Smith.
