She was predeceased by: her siblings, Darryl Busbee, Richard Busbee and Helen Cox. She is survived by: her pet Puddin; her husband Willis Dwight Knowles; her daughter Tina Carter; her grandchildren, Wade Carter (Desire) of Samson, Chad Carter (Beverly) of Samson, Christin Carter of Samson, Brad Carter (Whitney) of Samson and Eric "Rooster" Carter of Samson; and her siblings, George Busbee of Charleston, SC and Sarah Grubbs of Talladega. She is also survived by fourteen great-grandchildren.
