With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Louie Carter of Samson, Alabama, who passed away on February 7, 2021 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hill Carter and Estelle Floyd Carter; his wife Jessie Odessa Carter; his son Emmett Earl Carter; and his siblings, Vera Jennings, Winford Carter, Hulon Carter, Olan Carter, Carlton Carter and Lavon Carter.
He is survived by: his sons, Travis E. Carter (Lowett) of Samson and Bobby Carter (Donna) of Freeport, FL. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; and eighteen great-grandchildren.
The family requests that social distancing be followed and that all attendees are masked.
