She is survived by : her children, Christian Boltz (Josh) and William Duckworth; her siblings, Melissa Carlsile, Richard Mclain (Raychel) and Michael Carlsile; her nieces and nephews, Destiny Williams (Michael), Kenneth Jones, Dylan Jones, Erika Grace, Breelynn Mclain and Davany Mclain; and her grandson Joseph Goodman.
