She was predeceased by: her granddaughter Allison Joy Johnson; her mother Lois Johnson; and her siblings, Harlon, Ted, Jim Johnson and Bonnie Brewster.

She is survived by: her wife Jo Ann Johnson; her children, Nathan D. Johnson (Cathy), Anthony L. Johnson (Debra L.), Marty Johnson (Jennifer) and Joy Scott (Brian); and her siblings, Sue Upchurch, Judy Hayes, Larry Johnson and Autry Johnson. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, six great-grandchildren.
