He was predeceased by: his grandson Jacob Henry Money; his great grandchild Braeden Godwin; his parents, Sam E. Kiser and Lillie White Kiser; and his siblings, Olean McVay, Shelby Stringer and Roy Kiser.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth Lee Kiser; his daughters, Kathy Kiser Cobb (Ronnie) and Anita Kiser Money (Drew); his grandchildren, Tommy Cobb (Katrina), Brittany Campbell (Andrew), Tiffany Cobb, Brandon Cobb (Jamie) and Tucker Money; his great grandchildren, Hannah, Alyssa, Logan, Jaylon, Raylan, Greyson, Raylee, Addison and Owen; and his sisters, Sally Best and Louise Broderway. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
