With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marie Pugh of Satsuma, Alabama, born in Grove Hill, Alabama, who passed away on July 17, 2021 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Maynard Chapman and Beatrice Chapman; her husband Eddie Roy Pugh Sr.; and her siblings, Bertha Chapman, Grady Chapman and Robert Chapman.

She is survived by : her children, Gladys Marie Pugh Perry of Prattville, Tretta Lynnya Huff (Malcolm) of Mobile, Eddie Roy Pugh (Cynthia) of Grove Hill, Terry Pugh (Tynesha) of Satsuma and Ricky Pugh (LaTonya) of Dempolis; and her sisters, Mattie Chapman (Abraham) of Grove Hill, Betty Johnson of Montgomery, Mary Francis Love of Atlanta, GA., Octavia Sigler of Detroit, MI. and Marcella Ann Wright (James) of Waterloo, IA.. She is also survived by 25 grandchildren, a host of great-grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
