He is survived by: his wife Pat Stephens; his sons, Jeff Stephens (Paula), Chris Stephens (Nona) and Matthew Stephens (Tonya); his grandchildren, Nathan, Cody, Kyle, Matthew, Chayton and Tahlia Stephens; his great grandchildren, Emorah, Elsie, Preston Stephens and Jaxson Boston; and his siblings, Gary Hinshaw (Joyce) and Janie Ethridge.
