She was predeceased by: her parents, William Franklin McCullough and Mary Etta McCullough; her husband Johnny A. Radford, Sr.; her daughter Barbara Radford Ware; her son-in-law Richard L. Ware (John A. Radford, Jr.); and her grandson John "Heitz" Radford.
She is survived by: her sibling's children, Ann Kitchens, Joyce Crowe, Sherri Radford and Andy (Randy); and her close friend Lucille Cole.
