She was predeceased by : her parents, Clemmie Freeman Roling and Florence Chancey Roling of Orion, AL.; her husband Powell Everette Griffin; and her brother C. F. Roling (late Ellen) of Troy, AL.. She is survived by : her children, Denise Griffin Young (late Peter), Dale Griffin Scroggins (Art) and David Everette Griffin; and her grandsons, David Arthur Scroggins and Scott Everette Scroggins.

Due to COVID-19, a private burial service will be held at New Live Oak Cemetery at 11:00 a. m. on Tuesday, October 20, 2020.
