He was predeceased by: his parents, George White and Emma Parker; his wife Willie Love White; and his grandson Norman Terry White Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Florence Manuel, Melvin White (Ruth) of Birmingham, Lawrence White of Shelby, Jerome White of Birmingham, Alabama, Norman White (Quilla) of Shelby, Teresa Whiting (Leslie) of Columbiana and Margaret White of New York; his adoptive daughter Tracy Sanders of Phoenix; his sister-in-law Ira Russell of Conyers; and also Lillian Green Sawyer. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
