He is survived by: his sons, Randy Bush (Deanne) of Pelham, AL and Mike Bush of Birmingham, AL; and his sisters, Anna Bush of Grayson, KY and Darlene Criswell of Grayson, KY. He is also survived by four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
