She is survived by : her husband Nathaniel Ashford; her children, Jared Chase (DeWhitney) of Smiths Station, AL, Morgan Brooke of Smiths Station, AL, Madison Paige of Smiths Station, AL and Leslie Paschal (Abdul) of Hampton, GA; her grandchildren, Jared Chase II, Dominick Jaye of Smiths Station, AL, Jacinta Elise, Marley Arika and Kye Erin of Savannah, GA; her sister Joyce Stephens; and her siblings-in-law, Dorothy, Shirley (Cornell), Helen (Edgar), Vanjual, Alfonza Mullins, John Ashford Jr. (Ollie) and Charles Ashford (Ann). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
