He is survived by: his mother Donna L Davis; his wife Deborah Sue Davis; his children, Amber Mize (Kevin), John Shook and Renagado Davis; his siblings, Holly Furtner (Mark), Christina Davis-Kane (Matt) and Bryan Davis (Catherine); and his grandchildren, Johnethen Shook, Soloman Davis, Dylan Mize, Justin Davis, Silver Davis, Taylor Yates and Summer Davis. He is also survived by several extended family and caring friends.
