He was predeceased by : his father Truman Ray Hill; and his siblings, Truman Ray Hill, Jr., Johnny Hill, Teresa 'Champ Hill and Gidgett Hill.

He is survived by : his wife Christy Hill; his children, Billy Wayne Hill, Jr. and Jessica Nichole Hill; his grandchildren, Christian Wayne Hill, Braxton Adrain Benz Gonzalez, Cason Daniel Hill and Chevele Marie Hill; his mother Mary Roberta Hill; and his sister Carolyn Hill. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
