She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Atchley and Alice Atchley; her husband James Hoyt Watkins; and her siblings, Harold, Andrew Atchley and Edna Mae Martin.
She is survived by: her siblings, Juanita Duffey of Trinity, AL, Bernice Miller and Douglas Atchley of Weaverville, NC; her daughter Jan Daugette (Bobby) of Somerville, AL; and her grandchildren, Cliff Daugette (Whitney) of Mobile, AL and Ashley Clemons (Anthony) of Elizabethtown, KY. She is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren.
