He was predeceased by : his parents, Roscoe Bentley and Lois Palmer Bentley; and his siblings, Wallace Bentley, Ben Bentley, Irvin Bentley, Leroy Bentley and Avaline Eubanks.
He is survived by : his spouse Shelby Bentley; his sons, Derrick Bentley, Jeff Bentley (Susan) and Travis Bentley (Bobbie); his grandchildren, Jade Bentley Slater (Matt), Mary Catherine Bentley, Ben Bentley, Jake Bentley, Kenneth Bentley and Rylan Bentley; his great grandchild Blakely Slater; and his siblings, R. B. Bentley, Janice Russ (Franklin) and Kay Royal (Roger).
