She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Dwight L. Wiggins, Sr. and Paralee Merriwether Wiggins; her husband Walton Powell; her sister Kitty Broadhead (Harry); her sister-in-law Sally Price Wiggins; her brother Dwight "Sonny" Wiggins, Jr. (Bonnie OBrien Wiggins) of Scottsdale, Arizona; her niece Kathryn Wiggins Donato (Bill) of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; her nephew Stephen Dwight Wiggins (Elisa) of Scottsdale; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Bill, Nick Donato, Ella and Emilia Wiggins; and her friend Terry Winston of Spanish Fort, Alabama..

Memorials may be made to the First Baptist Church of Spanish Fort or the First Baptist Church of Frisco City.
