She was predeceased by : her parents, Moody Shaffer Lewis, Sr. and Marion Leisch Lewis; her son Edward Irvin; her grandson Lane Irvin; and her brother Moody S. Lewis, Jr..
She is survived by : her husband Morris Logan Jr. of Stanton; her sons, Chuck Windham (Pam) of Sumpter, SC, William Irvin (Tammy) of Maplesville, Michael Irvin (Leigh) of Childersburg and John Irvin (Cecilia) of Alexander City; her stepchildren, Robert Logan, Marbin Logan and Rebecca Schroetlin; and her siblings, Merna Cease of Orlando, FL and George Lewis of Montevallo. She is also survived by 7 Grandchildren.
The family request no flowers, but request that memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society.
