He is survived by : his wife Joyce Hays; his children, Tammy Tilley (Ronald), Jimmy Hays (Kim) and Jason Hays; his sister Renee Posey (Ralph); his nephews, Shawn Posey (Brooke) and Franklin Posey (Ashley); and his grandchildren, Lisa Gamble, Candi Smith, Alex Hays (Dianne), Dakota Clark, Eric Hays (Christina), Michael Hays (Judy), Adam Wininger (Lexie) and Codi Smith.
