He was predeceased by: his mother Maria Ojeda; and his brother Abelardo Huerta Ojeda. He is survived by: his wife Heather Huerta; his children, Haven Guffey, Mason Guffey, Lilah Hardin, Tristan Hardin, Chevy Allison and Aurora Huerta; his father Efren Huerta; his brother Gustavo Huerta Ojeda; and his uncles, Antonio, Javier and Pedro Ojeda. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
