He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Ernie Blevins and Fannie Blevins; his wife Karen Stacy Blevins; his sons, Erik Blevins and Joshua Blevins; his brothers, Lowell Blevins (Cindy) and Phillip Blevins (Karen); and his grandchildren, Kaden Blevins, Jordan Blevins, Peyton Blevins and Landon Blevins.
The Blevins family has requested that in lieu of flowers that donations be made to the Quinton Baptist Church building fund at P.O Box 66 Quinton, Alabama 35130 in honor of David Blevins.
