She was predeceased by : her husband Burnis D. Hutchinson; her parents, Jewell Witt and Elizabeth Witt (Bessie); and her siblings, Robert, Charles Witt and LaVern Witt Smith.

She is survived by : her stepchildren, Mike Hutchinson (Kay) and Carolyn Nelson; and her sister-in-law Janene Witt. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, nieces, nephews.

Visitation was held on Sunday, May 19th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Mack Funeral Home (22154 AL-59, Robertsdale, AL 36567). A graveside service was held on Monday, May 20th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Mobile Memorial Gardens (6100 Three Notch Rd, Mobile, AL 36619).
