He is survived by: his wife JoAnne Grey Spencer; and his granddaughters, Cynthia Lynn Spencer Horsley, Rebecca Ann Spencer Soyars (Gary), Debra Jo Spencer Sabljak and Vickie Irene Spencer Clawson (Carl).
