She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Joe Aston and Adeline Aston of Winfield, Ala; her children, Laura Lake of Spokane, WA and Michael Lake (Robin) of Hampton, NH; her granddaughters, Heather Lake of Santiago, Carly Lake El Sayed (Sherif) of Junction City, KS and Lindsay Lake of Portland, OR; her great grandchildren, Omar, Emma and Nora El Sayed of Junction City, KS.; her brother-in-law Dr. William B. Shell of Auburn, AL; her nieces, Aria Shell Sheldon (Rob) of Cumming, GA and Suzette Shell (Harry Giles) of Birmingham, AL; and her great-niece Amber Shell of Cumming, GA..
