She was predeceased by: her parents, John Rushing and Arvie Rushing. She is survived by: her children, Barbara Walker Bird (Bob), John Wayne Webb (Cheryl) and William Frank Webb. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; and 9 great-grandchildren.
