He is survived by: his son Matthew Shane Green; his stepson Kevin Davis; his mother Barbara Jewell (John); his sister Tanya Hicks; his granddaughters, Kyleigh Weldon of Brooklyn and Lindsey Weldon; and his nephew Caleb Hicks. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
