She is survived by: her children, John Lewis (Treasa) and Debbie Blackburn (Johnny); her grandchildren, Shawna Vance (Bryan), Christopher Blackburn and Todd Cook (Laura); her great grandchildren, Payton, Shelby Vance, Cardyn and Kendall Cook; and her brother John Brown. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
