We are sad to announce that on February 16, 2024, at the age of 71, John Montgomery Haynie of Tallassee, Alabama passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Orris Fancher Haynie and Alice Moorman Willis Haynie; and his siblings, Tom and Margaret. He is survived by : his wife Kathy; his children, Alexandra (Patrick), Julia (Dale), Heather (Evan) and Jason (Jessica); his grandchildren, Anna, Jacey, Lola, Lynlee, Ruby, Louise, Natalie, Dezsel and Vincent; and his sisters, Ann and Mary (Mark).

Expressions of sympathy may be memorial contributions to Episcopal Church of the Epiphany, Tallassee, Alabama, or plant a tree in his memory, and love one another.
