She was predeceased by: her mother Ethel Tindell Holloway; her husband William Dixon Bowles; her son Russell Dixon Bowles (Rusty); her father James Oliver Holloway; her siblings, Montez Cutts and Jesse James Holloway; and her grandchildren, Eric Bowles and Angel Bowles.
She is survived by: her children, William Kim Bowles (Nadine) and Karen Schmidt (Tom); her grandchildren, Teresa Bright (Jimmy), Courtney Mann (Kevin), Kimberly Peaden (Ryan), Dusty Bowles, Tommy Schmidt (Sara) and Christina Sumner; her great grandchildren, Meri-Kathryn Smith (Austin), Isabellah Bright, Addy Greyce Peaden, Sadie Fayth Peaden, Hallie Kate Mann, Hudson Mann, Avery Jane Mann, Kaylee Marie Raiford, Erizen Bowles, Bernard Schmidt, Eleanor Schmidt and Theodore Schmidt; and her sister Joyce Williams (Pete). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
