We are sad to announce that on April 6, 2023, at the age of 86, Rita Finlayson Jones of Tallassee, Alabama passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Daisy Cope Finlayson and James Finlayson. She is survived by : her husband Freddie Jones; her sons, Jason Jones (Deidre) and Jared Jones; her grandchildren, Collin Jones, Jace Jones, Evelyn Grace Jones (Michael Reeves) and Jade Jones; and her great grandchild Coltyn Reeves. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to First Baptist Church, Tallassee.
