It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Maxine L. Johnson of Tarrant, Alabama, who passed away on February 24, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Jefferson Eugene and Ruth Thomas; her husband William W. Johnson; her brother Reginald Thomas; her children, Margo Cox (Wayne), Nanet Baker, Joel D. Johnson (Jan) and Lance L. Johnson (Janice); her grandchildren, Kamara King (Chris), Corey Baker (Alyson), Megan Baker, Amanda Ferguson (Matt) and Allison Turner (Jacob); and her great grandchildren, William Weaver, Owen Ferguson, Logan Turner, Bennett Turner and Beck Ferguson. She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
