She was predeceased by: her sister Betty Jean Heaton; her husband Hadley Bishop; her sons, Bobby Bishop and Ted Bishop; her grandsons, Chris Bishop and Scott Bishop; and her parents, Mal Eugene and Christiana Hicks Rutledge.
She is survived by: her son Jack Bishop (Lena Carol); her daughter-in-law Marion Bishop; and her grandchildren, Bill Bishop, Teri B. Overstreet (Mike), Todd Bishop (Lee), Bo Bishop (Candy), Melinda B. Aldag (Ed) and Allen Bishop (Debbie). She is also survived by fourteen great grandchildren, six great-great grandchildren.
