He was predeceased by: his parents, Garland Cannon and Sarah Cannon; his siblings, Edward, Sammy, Glenda Cannon and Doll Hill; and his grandchildren, Anna Kathryn Cannon and Joshua Cannon.
He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Whitcomb; his children, Ken Cannon (Sue), Rob Cannon, Joe Cannon (Norma), Jeffrey Cannon (Kendra) and Pattie Wright (Raymond); his grandchildren, Meagan West (Matt), Patrick Cannon (Vanna), Heather Basinger (Cole), Kelsie Krantz (Corey), Shane Cannon, Leigh Ellen Cannon, Zan Cannon (Josie), Maggie Cannon, Abbigail Cannon, Emily Cannon and Caroline Cannon; his great grandchildren, Bryce, Vann West, Ava, Eli Basinger, Rivers Cannon, Kase Cannon and Houston Krantz; his siblings, Walter Cannon (Debbie), Gwen Hill (Sidney) and Louise Mock; and his brothers-in-law, Richard Hill (Carolyn) and Ezell Whitcomb (Irene). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
