He is survived by: his wife Ramona Kelley; his sons, Timothy Kelley (Hope) and Kenneth Kelley (Vivian); and his brothers, Gilmer Kelley (Celest), James Kelley (Wilma) and Robert Kelley (Mary Ann). He is also survived by five grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.
