She was predeceased by: her parents, Mitford Gates and Eva Pearl Gates; her husband Wilbon Lee Rotton; her son James Everett Rotton; her grandson Colton Wyatt Rotton; and her siblings, Danny Gates and Barbara Watford.
She is survived by: her children, Mike Rotton (Beverly), Timothy Rotton, Larry Rotton (Susan), Derrick Rotton (Charity) and Denice Jordan (Dale); and her siblings, Everett Gates (Tammy) and Nancy Baugh (Tommy). She is also survived by twelve grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
