She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Evie Thomas and Linnie Megginson; her daughters, Ann Sheffield (Ralph) and Mary Jean Lolley (Joe); her husband Johnnie Floyd Overstreet; and her son Johnny Overstreet. She was also cherished by six grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Thomasville Baptist Church or Pine Hill Chapel of the Apostolic Faith.
