Billy Davenport Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Billy Davenport of Thorsby, Alabama, who passed away on September 13, 2020 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Fuller Eugene Davenport and Ivy Lester Martin Davenport; and his brother Robert Warren Davenport. He is survived by: his wife Jane Barham; his children, Kirk Davenport (Joy) of Birmingham and Cheryl Davenport Naugher (Bill) of Birmingham; and his grandchildren, Chris Davenport, Will Davenport, Kirk Naugher (Rachel) and Hannah Naugher.
In accordance with recommendations to prevent the spread of the Coronavirus, a drive thru visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 15, 2020 from 11:00am until Noon underneath the side portico of the Thorsby First Baptist Church.
The family request in lieu of flowers that donations be made to either Thorsby First Baptist Church or to The Gideons International (http://www.gideons.org).
