With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lucille Kirksey (Toxey, Alabama), who passed away on March 1, 2019 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her children, Burnett Kirksey and J. L. Kirksey; her grandchildren, Anthony Kirksey, Edward Kirksey and Robert Dale Nicholson; and her siblings, Eula Bonner, Ida Bush, Cather Nicholson, Lula Kirksey, Otis Nicholson and Oles Nicholson.
She is survived by : her children, Lillie Mae Nicholson of Needham, AL, Luann Mitchell (Ernest), China Prestage (James), Jackie Thompson, John L. Kirksey and W. C. Kirksey; and her sister Annie Ruth Rodgers. She is also survived by twenty-six grandchildren; fifty-six great grandchildren; and a host of great- great grandchildren; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
