He was predeceased by: his parents, Roscoe Clifford Liles, Sr. and Ethyl Sipes Liles; his wife Frances Marie Ratliff Liles; and his children, Kathryn Loraine Liles and Clifford Tad Liles.
He is survived by: his children, Russell L. Liles (Beverly) of Troy and Lorri Kay Liles of Troy; his siblings, Lois Liles Martin of Mesquite, TX and William Howard Liles (Ronda) of Yoakum, TX; his grandsons, Clinton Travis Liles, Reed Emerson Liles and Pete Roy Liles; and his stepgranddaughters, Ali Olmstead, RN, Carolyn Knight, Hattie Glee and Sharon Thompson. He is also survived by other nieces and nephews; step-granddaughters.
