He is survived by: his wife June Oliver; his children, Jeannie Oliver Hoover, Autumn Oldham Sullivan, Daniel Stewart Oliver, Jr., John Derrek Oldham, Morgan Hulon Oldham and Caedan McLain Oliver; his siblings, Marsha Oliver Parks, Perry, Roger and Harold; his grandchildren, Johnathan Oldham, Danielle Peyton, Brianna Hoover, Porter Oldham and Olivia Sullivan; and his great grandchildren, Daisy West and Waylon West.
