It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jane Glass of Trussville, Alabama, who passed away on July 22, 2025, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Dewey Phillips and Lily Mae Phillips; and her husband William "Bill" Glass. She is survived by: her children, Kim Eads (Kerry), Col. Darryl Glass and Gary Glass (Mandy); her grandchildren, Dr. Matthew Smith (Virginia), Adam Smith (Brittany), Daniel Smith (Kaylyn), Gordon Eads (Kristen), Zachary Eads, Amber Thackerson (Reid), Bradley Glass (Taylor) and Garrett Glass; and her pet Jake.
Visitation was held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home (1591 Gadsden Hwy, Birmingham, AL 35235). A funeral service was held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
