He is survived by: his children, David McIntosh (Mindy) and Penny Mansfield (Wade); his grandchildren, Austin, Carson, Brady, Lacey, Tiffany, Emma and Brent; and his sisters, Anita M. Lawless, Ann M. Foman and Terri M. McDaniel.
