He was predeceased by: his son Bart Hobson; his wife Sybil Hobson; and his parents, David Louis Hobson and Mary Louise Hobson. He is survived by: his son Bryan Hobson; his grandchildren, Michael Hobson (Amber), Brianna Hobson Gates (Dustin) and Amanda Hobson; and his siblings, Judy Nall and David Hobson. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Tuscaloosa Memorial Chapel (5434 Old Birmingham Hwy, Tuscaloosa, AL 35404).
