Caroline Zeanah Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Caroline Zeanah of Tuscaloosa, Alabama, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 12, 2025 at the age of 97. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Caroline Zeanah to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Eula Graham McCracken and Phister McCracken; and her husband Clyde Martin Zeanah. She is survived by: her sister Janice McCracken Smelser of Tuscaloosa; her stepsister Betty Mott of Pensacola, Florida.; her sons, Robert Clyde Zeanah of Huntsville and Jefferson Graham Zeanah of Asheville; her daughter-in-law Susan Culpepper; her grandchildren, John Robert Zeanah (Cathleen) of Memphis, Samuel Jefferson Zeanah (Alexis Sherman) and Katherine Culpepper Zeanah-Brown of Brisbane; and her great grandchildren, Margot, Annie (John), Libby, Pearl (Samuel), Lucy and Chloe (Katherine). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
